FAST Challenge

Some of you may have heard about it, some of you may not. A few of you who have purchased your FAST 201 may have read about it on the information slip that came together with the packaging.

For the past few years now, Spinworkx has been incorporating the FAST Challenge into its regional and national competitions, we believe that the FAST challenge is a great way for kids to perfect their basics, allowing them to build a strong foundation before they explore harder more challenging styles as they progress along.

Today, we take a look at the FAST Challenge, and see what the 10 tricks are, as well as a video demonstrating how it's done.
