Yoyo Skeel's Stalker and Solids are now available at Spinworkx, and stocks are limited so don't wait!

Spinworkx Challenge Grading Event #3!



Hey Spinners,

our quarterly Spinworkx Challenge Grading event is back again and is to be held on Sunday, the 23rd of January! The very first of the year 2011 and this time, at a new location!

Here are the details.

Where: Senja-Cashew CC - Function Room 2 (The new big Community Club directly opposite Bukit Panjang Plaza! Do not confuse this with the Community Centre.)

When: 23rd January (Sunday)

Time: Registration / Set up starts at 12.00pm

Registration fee: SGD15.00 for Foundation Level, SGD15.00 for Intermediate Level (Both are one-timepayments) to be paid during the event.

Upon completion of the Foundation level, players will receive a Foundation Badge and Spinworkx T-shirt.

After completing the Foundation level, players may then proceed to the Intermediate level, where he/she will receive an Intermediate Badge after completing Intermediate I, and Blue-logo Spinworkx T-shirt after completing Intermediate II. This Blue-logo Spinworkx tee cannot be bought, but it can only be won upon completion of the Intermediate level.

Rules and Regulations:

  • You may practice before each trick

  • Binds are NOT allowed after each trick

  • You are not allow any misses for Foundation I Tricks

  • You are allowed one miss for the entire set of Foundation II Tricks

  • You are allowed one miss for the entire set of Foundation III Tricks

  • You can only change your yo-yo in between Foundations (eg. Only change between Foundation I, II and III)

  • You are not allowed to change yo-yos in between tricks (Pick your yo-yo wisely!)

  • The only time you can add (not change) a yo-yo would be when performing Double Loops at Foundation III

  • If your yo-yo corkscrews at any time during loops, it counts as a miss

  • Whenever your reach a new Foundation Level, your number of misses will be reset to 0

  • If you use up your misses during a level, you will have to retake the level again (eg. If you use up your misses at Barrel Rolls in Foundation III, your next attempt will start from the first trick in Foundation III again

  • You cannot retake your test on the same day, retests can only be done during the next Spinworkx Challenge event

**For the Pro competitors at SYYC 2011, do remember that you will need to clear the Spinworkx Challenge up to the Intermediate Level 2!! Not many more chances left to clear it, so take this opportunity to clear up as much as possible!!

We've been hearing good things about C3's latest yo-yo since we came to know of it a year ago, and finally, after months of research and tweaks, they've finally released what seems to be their best high end metal to date!
