Back in 2008, when we first heard about a yo-yo that could maintain its horizontal balance without tipping easily, we were pretty skeptical. We had to see it for ourselves to believe that this was possible. Upon the arrival of this yo-yo to our store, we whipped one out and gave it a spin.

We were immediately hooked.

This yo-yo we are referring to, of course, is the YoyoFactory SuperStar, one of the most popular yo-yo to roll off YoyoFactory's product line.

Today, we have taken this mighty beast out for a second test run, to see what makes it the second most popular yo-yo next to YoyoFactory's 888.

So SYYC 2010 is coming up...here's our full run down!!!

Remember last year's Singapore Nationals? Seems like it wasn't that long ago eh? For most of you new batch of kids who only came into the recent yo-yo scene since Super Yoyo, you'd probably have missed out in Singapore's Largest Yo-Yo Contest back in June 2009.

Not much has changed since last year's competition with regards to the professional categories...but with the recent influx of new blood into the scene, we're making a few changes to our other categories, changes which you've already seen in EST 09 and WCC 10, finally for the first time, we'll be having these changes applied to Singapore's largest yo-yo competition yet...SYYC 2010 is going to be a blast!!!!

Spinworkx Yoyo Review: Vendetta - The Underrated Eagle

So we've been hearing loads of positive reviews about Duncan's Screaming Eagle series, how the Mayhem proved to be a formidable player even though it sported a smaller bearing compared to the more popular large size bearings in most high end metals...or how the Diversion is great for 1A and 3A trick, as proven by players such as Kohta Watanabe of Duncan Crew Japan and Jason Kao from Taiwan. Even the Momentum and Hugo Z Hor have been receiving tonnes of praises for their performance in the high end metal category.

So what bout the Vendetta? With so little talk surrounding the Vendetta, some might start to think that it isn't as good a performer as the others of the SE range.
