SHOWCASE Vol.13 (31 December 2016)
SHOWCASE Vol.13 is coming up next after a fun time at the XPYY Camp 2016. We always enjoy the year end SHOWCASE as we get not just the regular Freestyles BUT the King of the Spin as well!
We can't wait to see new tricks, and awesome routines this time round. Remember to bring your best and close out 2016 with a BANG! As always, this is a great opportunity to practice freestyle tricks, and prepare yourself for the new year.
For the King of the Spin 2016 contest, participants DO NOT need to sign up beforehand. If you wish to join, just come on down on the day itself and when the call for participation is out, just let us know that you wish to join. If you are wondering what you will need to do for King of the Spin, well it is always a mystery till you participate on the day itself. Don't worry, it's all in the name of fun!

What: SHOWCASE Vol.13
When: 31 December 2016 (Saturday)
Time: 2.00pm - 6.00pm
Where: Level 5 Recognize Studios at Orchard Central
Who: Absolutely anybody can take part
There
will be 3 events for SHOWCASE Vol.13. They are the 2 minute freestyle
divisions, namely the 1A Division and the combined X Division, and the
third event will be our annual King of the Spin 2016 (http://blog.spinworkx.com/search/label/King%20of%20the%20Spin). King of the Spin is the best! It is fun and exciting for everyone, with no pressure so just take part and have a good time.
You do not need to be an expert player to join in or take part.

For
SHOWCASE Vol.13, the rules are simple. Full Evaluation scoring (if you
don't understand this, go to the more info link above) and Major
Deductions only. Don't worry, for this year end SHOWCASE, there will NOT be any 'special rules' unlike last year.

are excited to see everyone come together again for SHOWCASE and
throw-down and chill before embarking on practice for the new season.
Remember, at SHOWCASE, we wanna see your very best tricks, your best routines and remember to have fun
and to get in some crucial practice time in front of an audience.
As
always, we are requesting for community-based volunteers to judge at
the event. So please do us a favour and sign up as a judge if you do not
wish to compete!

to learn how to improve on their own freestyles by understanding how
freestyles are clicked and scored. (If you wish to volunteer as a judge,
fill in the registration form as well). ***
