To kick off workshops for 2009. Spinworkx collaborated with Sport On! Kids Club, an initiative of the Singapore Sports Council to promote spinning as a fun and exciting activity. The workshop was conducted by Colin, Hans and Andrew of Spinworkx, also members of Duncan Crew Singapore.
21 children ranging from 7 to 10 years old registered for the session. Some of their Moms and Dads even joined in, impressing their children that they can be quite hip too. A mini contest was held at the end of the workshop. Many think spinning is a male dominated sport but in the dribble contest, the girls were the finalists.
