For those of you who have yet to sign up, please do so soon so that we can prepare the sequence and the schedule for the day!

Also, just a slight update about the change in Prize presentation medals for this year's regionals.

As there are very few people participating in some divisions, we have cut down the number of medals to be given out.
SO!
If you wish to get a medal at EST, practise hard and strive for the GOLD!

Here is the breakdown for the placings that will get a medal.

Pro 1A (3mins)        -    1st, 2nd, 3rd
Pro 2A (3mins)        -    1st, 2nd
Pro 4A (3mins)        -    1st, 2nd
Pro 5A (3mins)        -    1st, 2nd
Spinner 1A (1min)    -    1st, 2nd, 3rd
Spinner 2A (1min)    -    1st, 2nd
Spinner 4A (1min)    -    1st, 2nd
Spinner 5A (1min)    -    1st, 2nd

Fret not though, top 3 places for Pro 3mins and Spinner 1min will still get prizes, as per normal.

Having said that, put in a little more effort for practise this week and we will see you on Sunday!

Good luck!!

EST 2010 Rules & Regulations

Hi Folks!
As mentioned on our Facebook Page, the Rules & Regulations for EST have been updated to avoid the confusion regarding the Main and Finge Division.

As mentioned by Head Judge, Hans Wong Jensen:

"1) Competitors are only allowed to compete in a total of 2 Mains and 2 Fringe Divisions throughout each Season. Example: If player ABC were to compete in 2A Main and 1A Fringe during EST, he/she may only pick 1 Main and 1 Fringe category during WCC. If player ABC were to pick both 2A and 5A Mains for EST, he/she may only compete in the 1A and 4A Fringe Divisions at WCC.

2) You are not allowed to do Mains and Fringe for the same Style. Example: If player XYZ were to do 2A Main and 5A Main for EST, he/she is not allowed to participate in the 2A and 5A Fringe Category."

Both Rules and Regulations have been updated to clear away doubts regarding these two rules.

Even if you are competing, you can still be a volunteer! Just find another
partner who can take turns with you.

For those who wish to volunteer their services, please drop us an email at
customerservice@spinworkx.com, title the email with 'EST2010 volunteer'
and let us know which position you are interested in taking or in what way
you are able to help.

We at Spinworkx really appreciate everyone's effort in making the Spinning

what it is today!
